All data created in the app is stored locally on your device.

This includes:

• Session durations
• Reflections or notes you write
• Streaks and usage history
• App settings and preferences

No data is sent to external servers.

Data Storage

All data is stored using Apple’s local storage technologies (such as SwiftData / Core Data) and remains on your device.

If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed.
